Can I measure my windows myself and send the dimensions for a quote?
Absolutely. We can prepare a quotation based on your measurements. If you decide to order from us, we will visit your property to take precise measurements before production begins.
I can't visit your showroom. Is a home consultation still free?
Yes. Our home consultation is completely free of charge. You can also contact us anytime by phone or email if you have questions about your windows or doors.
I've booked a measurement appointment with DreamKozijnen. What happens next?
We will visit your home to measure your windows and/or doors. Afterwards, you'll receive a no-obligation quotation, including detailed drawings of both the interior and exterior views, so you can clearly visualize the final result. Once you approve the quote and pay the deposit, your order goes into production. After approximately six weeks, when your products arrive, we'll schedule the installation.
Can I order windows from you but have them installed by another company?
Yes. We can manufacture and deliver your windows to your preferred address. In this case, a delivery fee of €100 applies. Alternatively, you can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse at Küppersweg 63, Haarlem.
Are your windows KOMO certified?
Zeker. Onze kozijnen beschikken over een KOMO certificaat en voldoen aan ISO 9001:2015 i ISO 14001:2015.
What warranties do you offer?
Our manufacturer provides:
• 10-year warranty on window profiles
• 10-year warranty on glazing
• 2-year warranty on hardware and fittings (hinges, locks, etc.)
What costs are included in the quotation?
Your quotation includes the cost of the windows and/or doors, removal of existing frames, installation of the new products, waste disposal, and finishing of the window reveals (unless you choose to arrange this yourself or through another contractor). If a crane is required for installation after the site inspection, this cost will be included in the final quotation.
How should I prepare for the installation?
Please ensure there is approximately 1.5 metres of clear working space around each window. In addition, the area around your property should be accessible for our installation vehicle to safely unload your new windows and doors.
