This makes upgrading your home significantly more affordable.<\/p>\n<section class=\"warmtefonds-sectie\">\n<h2>Energiebespaarlening through the National Heat Fund<\/h2>\n<p>The energy-saving loan is a personal loan of up to \u20ac28,000 for homeowners with sufficient income. For loans up to \u20ac15,000, you can choose your repayment term: 7, 10, or 15 years (for higher amounts, up to 20 years). You can use this loan for multiple energy-saving improvements, such as new windows with HR+++ glazing and heat pumps.<\/p>\n<div class=\"highlight-box\">\n<h3>Key benefits of the Energiebespaarlening:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>0% Interest Rate:<\/strong> You pay no interest if your total taxable income is below \u20ac60,000 per year. (For higher incomes, an attractive interest rate of 3.60% to 4.05% applies \u2013 reference date: Jan 2025).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Early Repayment Without Penalty:<\/strong> You can make unlimited additional repayments without penalty (minimum \u20ac250 per payment).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retroactive Application:<\/strong> For already completed measures, you can still apply for a loan up to 2 months after the completion date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3>What do you need for your National Heat Fund application?<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>A detailed quotation from us (your installer) for the energy-saving measures<\/li>\n<li>A completed contractor declaration form (available on the Heat Fund website) We specify exactly which insulation measures will be carried out<\/li>\n<li>Your latest tax return and most recent payslip<\/li>\n<li>Submit the application form on the Heat Fund website and upload the required documents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Once your request is approved and the loan becomes final, you can send our invoice directly to the Heat Fund. They will pay us directly, so you do not need to pre-finance the amount yourself.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"isde-sectie\">\n<h2>Applying for ISDE Subsidy via RVO (Up to 30% refund)<\/h2>\n<p>Through the Investment Subsidy for Sustainable Energy and Energy Saving (ISDE), you can receive a significant part of your investment back.
